What are the trends in pork consumption?
This was the theme of the day co-organized on June 13th in Lérida, Spain by Choice and UPB, its distributor for the Iberian Peninsula.
There was a full room for this event bringing together the majority of players in the Spanish pork sector. Integrators, packers, processors, food suppliers, and producers responded to the invitation. Interventions in the North American and Asian markets by Dr. Chad Stahl, a meat quality specialist at Choice and based in the United States, and Jérémie Renaud of Bleu-Blanc Coeur on consumer trends in Europe have attracted a lot of interest.
